  • WILL TICKETS BE SOLD AT THE DOOR DAY OF SHOW?
    If the show does not sell out in advance, tickets will be available at the door box office for a higher price on show dates. We encourage everyone to purchase tickets in advance on our website so that you don’t risk missing out.
  • WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE LEVELS FOR GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS?
    No difference other than the price. The earlier you purchase tickets, the cheaper the price is. All price levels are usually general admission floor area unless stated otherwise next to it.
  • WHAT ARE THE AGES TO ATTEND HYPERGLOW?
    Most shows at Hyperglow Tour welcome All Ages. We do however have a limited amount of 18+ only shows; in this case the age limit will be displayed on the ticket checkout page directly under the concert time, as well as on the individual event page itself.
  • DOES MY NAME HAVE TO MATCH THE NAME ON THE TICKET?
    If you already have your tickets via email, on your phone, or printed, then you can use the ticket right away at the door to enter and the tickets do not have to match the name of who is using them. If you listed your tickets as pickup at Will Call or you are on the Guestlist, then purchaser will need to be the one to pick them up from the box office window/booth as they are under their name.
  • HOW DO I RECEIVE MY TICKETS ONCE PURCHASED ONLINE?
    You should receive an order confirmation email right after you purchase tickets online and can Download your tickets from that email. If you do not please check your junk/spam folder or email us at support@hyperglow.com
  • DO I NEED ID TO GET IN?
    No ID is required for admission unless you are 21+ and plan on drinking alcohol. If you are on a will-call list or guest-list for the show then you will need ID for verification. We do however have a limited amount of 18+ only shows; in this case government identification (license or passport) will be required for admission.
  • WHAT SECURITY & SAFETY MEASURES ARE AT HYPERGLOW?
    At all of our shows, we have a great staff of crowd managers, licensed security guards, and police detail. Our team is trained and experienced in safe crowd control and guest handling for any issue that could arise, including medical emergencies, guest conflicts, fire evacuations, and others. Our Emergency policy is to contact the appropriate municipal authorities including medical assistance and/or law enforcement. Our staff is located throughout the facility to keep everyone happy, but in the unfortunate event that a guest conflict arises our security team will safely and respectfully remove all parties involved.
  • IS ALCOHOL SERVED?
    A few of our venues do serve alcohol. If you plan on drinking alcohol, an ID is required. Anyone 21 and older who plans on drinking alcohol will have to show a valid, non-expired, government issued photo ID, no matter how old you think you look. Anyone without an ID will be treated as under 21 and will not be allowed to buy, hold, or drink liquor. Venues normally serve alcohol in a contained area which only 21+ are permitted. This policy is strictly enforced and any violation is subject to immediate ejection from the show.
  • WHAT DO I WEAR?
    We recommend you dress in White or Neon attire and sneakers. There is no mandatory dress code.
  • WILL I GET PAINT ON ME?
    Getting paint on you is optional from our body paint artists. We have designated area’s set up at the show where professional bodypaint artists can put glow paint and makeup designs on you.
  • WHEN ARE YOU UPLOADING PICTURES AND VIDEO?
    We do our best to get your Pictures and Video available as soon as possible. Pictures are typically uploaded within 5 days after the show. Videos and Aftermovies are typically uploaded within 3 weeks after the show.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

  • Food or drink purchased from outside the show.

  • Large purses, bags or backpacks (over 12″×12″)

  • Professional photo, video, or audio recording equipment (no detachable lenses, tripods, big zooms or commercial-use rigs)

  • Illegal drugs. Paraphernalia, prescription drugs without a valid prescription with the holder’s name clearly listed, and other products that are being used or may be used for an unintended purpose.

  • Any weapons or dangerous, sharp objects or bruising object which could be used as a weapon. (stabbing or thrust weapons and the like).

  • Glass, cans, cups, coolers, stickers and flyers.

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU

  • Your ticket via print out or scannable barcode on your phone.

  • Cash for Bodypaint, Merchandise, and Drinks.

  • Valid Photo Identification if you are on the will-call list or guestlist.

  • Smiles, friends and good vibes
